What this site keeps.
Short version: Kevin uses what you send him to reply to you, and counts visits to learn which posts, mailers and pages are worth making. Nothing is sold.
What you send
When you fill out a form you send your name, phone, email, any message or property address, and how you found Kevin. The form also carries where your first visit came from: the site or app that sent you, a tagged link if you used one, the first page you landed on, and the date. That record sits in your own browser for 90 days and is only sent when you send a form.
Inquiries go to Follow Up Boss, the client database Kevin uses through his brokerage, Revel Real Estate, and a copy is emailed to Kevin. He uses it to reply, to send what you asked for, and to keep notes on your search or sale. Text STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask and you are off every list.
What gets counted automatically
Google Analytics counts visits: pages viewed, how far down a page people read, which photos get opened, the device and browser, the approximate city, and the site or link that sent the visit. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. A Google Ads tag notes when a visit from a Google ad turns into an inquiry. Opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.

Instagram, YouTube and TikTok posts on this site load from those platforms, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
California residents can ask what personal information Kevin has, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Anyone can. Email kevin@kevingoldmanre.com or call or text (818) 297-8667 and it gets handled personally. Kevin does not sell personal information. Clearing your browser's site data removes the first-visit record described above.
