Everyone gets a seat.
This site is built to work for people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, and reduced motion settings. That is the standard, not a feature.
What is in place
- Built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA: text and interface colors meet the 4.5:1 contrast minimum, every page has one main landmark and a logical heading order, and a skip link appears on the first keyboard tab.
- Every control works from the keyboard, with a visible focus ring. The photo viewer traps focus while open and closes with Escape. Feed tabs move with the arrow keys.
- Every image carries descriptive alternative text. Decorative motion, including the ticker and the hover tilt on listing tickets, respects the system "reduce motion" setting.
- Forms label every field, announce errors and confirmations to assistive technology, and never rely on color alone.
- Listing pages for each property also live on their own sites. Floor plans, disclosures, and documents are available in accessible formats on request.
Where it falls short
Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content is embedded from those platforms and inherits their accessibility. Captions and image descriptions on social posts are written by Kevin, but the players themselves are third party.
